Support

When pilots open a new ticket in Stratos, they choose between your airline and Stratos app support. Settings → Support decides where help with your airline comes from. It saves as you change it, and Stratos picks up the change the next time a pilot opens a ticket.

Choice	What pilots get
Support inbox	Pilots open tickets with your airline from Stratos, and you answer them in Console’s Support. You can bring Skyvex Software in on any ticket that turns out to be about Stratos. Comes with Pro and Pro+; until then, pilots only see Stratos app support.
Your help desk	Pilots who choose your airline are sent to your own help desk, with a button that opens the Help desk link. Until you add a link, pilots only see Stratos app support.
Off	Pilots go straight to Stratos app support, with a note that help with your airline comes from you directly.
