# Plans and billing

> The airline plans, where to see and change yours, and what happens if a payment doesn't go through.

Each airline is on a plan: **Free**, **Pro** or **Pro+**. See the [pricing page](https://skyvexsoftware.com/pricing) for what each plan includes.

## Pilots never pay

Plans are for airlines. Stratos is free for pilots, and every pilot gets the full app whichever plan their airline is on.

## Seeing and changing your plan

Open your airline's **Settings → Plan** on skyvexsoftware.com. It shows your current plan, and the airline's owner can upgrade or change it there. **Compare plans** opens the pricing page, and **Billing** is where you find invoices, your payment method and billing details. One subscription covers every airline you own.

If you save a setting your plan doesn't include, the platform tells you which plan has it. Settings you already have keep working.

## If a payment doesn't go through

We try the payment again for a while, and you keep your plan in the meantime. If it still can't be taken, the airline moves to Free. It's never locked out, and nothing you've set up is deleted. Subscribe again and your plan's features come back.
