# Command menu and shortcuts

> Jump anywhere in Console with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K, and the keyboard shortcuts for the Support inbox and the roadmap.

The command menu is one search box for the airline you're in: flights, pilots, tickets, pages, settings and a few quick actions. The Support inbox and the roadmap also have single-key shortcuts, so you can work through them without the mouse.

## Open the command menu

Press **⌘K** on a Mac or **Ctrl+K** on Windows and Linux, from any page. You can also press **Search** at the top of the sidebar. Press the same keys or **Esc** to close it.

Before you type, it shows what you've recently opened from it in this browser under **Recent**, the airline's pages, and some actions.

## Search

Start typing to search the airline named at the bottom right (**Searching** and the airline's name). Matches are grouped, with what you typed highlighted.

| Group | What it finds |
| - | - |
| **Flights** | Flights by callsign, departure, arrival or pilot. A live flight has a green dot. |
| **Pilots** | Pilots by name or pilot ID. |
| **Support** | Tickets by subject, number or pilot. |
| **Pages** | Console's pages, like Overview, Flights and Support. |
| **Settings** | Each tab of the airline's Settings, by its name or what's on it (searching "logo" finds Branding). |
| **Actions** | The actions below. |

Flights, pilots and tickets show if you can see the airline's flights and pilots; Settings and some actions show if you can manage the airline. If nothing matches, try a callsign, an airport, a pilot's name or ID, or a ticket number.

A ticket opens that ticket. A flight or a pilot takes you to the airline's **Flights** or **Pilots** list.

## Move and open

| Keys | What they do |

| **↑** and **↓** | Move through the results. |
| **↵** | Open the selected result. |
| **⌘↵** (**Ctrl+↵**) | Open it in a new tab. |
| **Esc** | Close the menu. |

## Actions

| Action | What it does | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| **Copy invite code** | Copies the airline's invite code, shown beside it. | People who manage the airline |
| **Invite staff** | Opens **Settings → Staff**. See [Staff and roles](/console/staff-and-roles.md). | People who manage the airline |
| **Tickets needing a reply** | Opens the Support inbox, with the count to action beside it. | People who can see the airline's support |
| **Switch to dark mode** (or light) | Switches the theme on this device. | Everyone |
| **Switch to** another airline | Opens another airline you belong to. | Everyone with more than one airline |

## Support inbox shortcuts

In the Support inbox, press **?** to see every shortcut. They work when you're not typing in a box.

| **R** | Reply |
| **N** | Internal note |
| **E** | Mark resolved or reopen |
| **S** | Snooze or unsnooze |
| **L** | Copy link |
| **F** | Open as a full page |
| **/** | Search tickets |
| **1** to **4** | To action, Waiting, Snoozed, Done |
| **⌘↵** (**Ctrl+↵**) | Send |
| **?** | Keyboard shortcuts |
